Meet Our Staff Team

Randal, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, spent over fifteen years as a highly-regarded photographer and co-owner of Studio One, one of the largest production companies in NYC. You have probably seen his award-winning photography on billboards in Times Square, in fashion magazines like Vogue and Elle and in major advertising campaigns including Tommy Hilfiger and Panasonic. Among other responsibilities, you can find Randal today motivating and inspiring young people and fueling his love for the arts by writing and acting. Randall is married to Karen and they have 4 children, Mikayla, Kyra, Grey, and Eva.

Joseph, a graduate of Zoë Bible College in Miami Beach FL, spent the last 4 years with Youth Ministries in South Florida. He was born and raised in NYC, and has burning desire to reach today’s generation. After traveling to Venezuela, South America with Teen Mania Ministries as a missionary, his desire is to see the youth of this nation challenged and transformed into authentic followers of Jesus Christ. Joseph is married to Jackie and they have 2 children, Dakota and Damen.

Bart, a graduate of Kent Christian College, has travelled all over the US and parts of Europe inspiring and leading people into God’s presence through worship and music. Born and raised in the heart of the mid-west, serving as youth pastor in Houston, TX, he brings a unique blend of musical experience to TLCC. Bart and his wife, Tricia, bring a passionate heart for worship, and desire to inspire people to encounter God in new and fresh ways through music of all styles. Bart and Tricia have two boys, Seth and Hayden.

Jose has a BA In Psychology and a MA in Counseling from Alliance Theological Seminary. Jose Joins the TLCC Staff Team with a passion to advance God’s kingdom. His primary responsibilities are to help others to grow in their life with God through gift-based service in and from TLCC. He has a diverse background in Direct Marketing, Training and Development, and Spiritual Leadership and has strong interests in Team and Organizational Capacity Building. Jose can usually be found spending time with his wife April and his two children, watching sports and reading

Monica has been the KidZone Children’s Ministry Director since 2007. Her passion is to serve and lead children to learn about and experience a relationship with Jesus. Monica and her husband Milton work in the jewelry industry where they enjoy creating and designing fine pieces. They have two beautiful children, Emilee and Owen.

Kevin’s responsibilities include stewardship of finances, coordinating fundraising and grant writing, and oversight of the church development project at 747 Northfield Avenue. He holds a B.A. from Harvard and an M.B.A. from New York University, Kevin has a background in strategic planning, new business development and marketing. He and his wife Lori own Senior Proof Systems LLC, a senior care management company. They have one son – Michael.

Charles oversees TLCC’s P.A.T.H. (Peace Over Addiction Through Healing) ministry. Since joining the staff team in 2004, he is leading hundreds of other people into recovery by staging interventions, holding weekly meetings, writing about his experiences, and pursuing his dream to create a non-profit organization to purchase and provide residential housing for recovering addicts. A born entrepreneur, Charles once owned and operated over five retail businesses. He recently got married and is enjoying his newlywed experience with his beautiful wife, Lisa Joy. You can learn about Charles’ miraculous story of recovery in his book Man in the Tombs.

Dawn has been on staff since 2004 and has served as the administrative support for Pastor Terry since 2005. A graduate of Rutgers University in Business Administration, she has worked in management for organizations such as The Salvation Army and Budd Van Lines. Dawn enjoys Jazzercise, the great outdoors, reading and traveling. She hopes to reach her goal of visiting all fifty states soon!
