Spiritual Growth Plan
February 20-26, 2012
The Life Christian Church aims to inspire people to grow in their lives with God! Our Spiritual Growth theme this trimester is opening our minds to God’s Word and opening our hearts to serve other people. In that context we are encouraging people to follow this week’s Spiritual Growth Plan:
This week I will think and pray about how reading, singing and praying God’s Word is able to transform me. 2 Corinthinans 3:17-18
I will take action by making a conscious effort to velieve what God says in His Word.
I will take action by sowing (doing) the word and then watering (saying) the Word in the garden of my life.
I will l read a portion of one of the suggested books available at the Resource Center or some other book that is stimulating to my personal development and spiritual growth.
I will read and mediate on the following Scriptures: Galatians 6:7-10, Ephesians 5:26, Proverbs 18:4, Isaiah 55:10-11, Genesis 2-3, 2 Corinthians 3 and romans 4.
I will pray a focused prayer around The Love Project Mission Expansion.
This week’s prayer is: Pray for a game changing offer this month on the 106 Harrison Avenue building. Pray for miraculous contributions towards The Love Project to complete construction on our new Worship and Mission Center at 747 Northfield Avenue.
