We encourage you to prayerfully consider taking these next steps to focus on during your week.

Refrain from screen time one hour before bed and for one hour after waking up; Try to get at least 20 minutes of sunlight in the morning.

Add 30 minutes of physical activity to daily your routine. Get creative on how you can accomplish this, even if it's broken into three sets of 10 minutes through the day.

Physically posture myself in a different way during prayer (kneeling, raising your hands, etc.).
